KC Narasimhan, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at MacDonald Detwiller Associates (MDA) Corporation since April 2006. Previously, KC Narasimhan held the position of Group Manager - Finance at Al Sayer Group from January 1992 to November 2005, overseeing financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, business turn-around strategies, corporate governance, treasury operations, and implementing a balanced scorecard for a diverse group of 12 companies. KC Narasimhan holds multiple prestigious qualifications, including CPA, CA from the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, CPA in Accounting from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, AICWA in Cost Accounting from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and CA in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with a B.Com in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Madras.
