Matt Killick is a seasoned Systems Engineer with extensive experience in advanced aerospace and defense projects. Currently serving as a Sr. Systems Engineer at MDA since September 2016, Killick contributes to the development of a Laser Warning and Countermeasure System for Canadian Surface Combatant ships. Previously, Killick held roles such as Project Engineer for the Geointelligence division, enhancing Canada's RADARSAT Constellation Mission, and Subcontract Manager for Earth Observation Systems, where a mobile ground station was delivered to a Department of National Defense in Asia. In addition, Killick has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the International Space University since 2013 and has spent nearly a decade at Avcorp Industries in various engineering management roles. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Space Studies from the International Space University and a Master's in Materials Science & Engineering from The University of British Columbia, supplemented by a Bachelor's in Materials Engineering from the University of Alberta.
