Matteo Kim

Matteo Kim is an Intermediate Mechanical Technical Specialist at MDA since August 2021, with prior experience as an Aerospace Engineering Intern at Celestica, where project management and development of over 100 Excel VBA macros for aerospace and defense materials were key responsibilities. As a member of the University of Toronto Aerospace Team from September 2016 to August 2018, Matteo held roles as both Rocketry Structures Subdivision Lead and member, overseeing mechanical projects and contributing to significant design initiatives such as a 30 ft steel launch rail and an explosive actuated fuel line cutter. Matteo holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
