Peter Abdelmalak

Peter Abdelmalak is an experienced Program Manager at MDA Space, overseeing the Canadarm3 project and leading cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with budget and schedule while managing risks. With prior roles as a Lead Project Engineer and Systems Lead within the company, Peter has contributed to critical projects, including the development of flight models for the International Space Station and major component replacements for nuclear refurbishment programs. Previous experience includes mechanical engineering positions at Exco Technologies and Promation, where Peter specialized in die casting tooling and custom machinery for prominent automotive and nuclear projects. Peter holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from The German University in Cairo.
