Robert Quinn

Robert Quinn has extensive experience in geointelligence and project management, currently serving as the Director of Geointelligence at MDA since April 2016. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions including Director of Geointelligence for Canada at MDA Systems Ltd and Operations Requirements Manager for the Polar Epsilon 2 project with the Department of National Defence from July 2013 to March 2016. Robert's military background includes serving as Project Director for the Polar Epsilon/Polar Epsilon 2 projects and as a Senior Course Officer at the CF Naval Operations School. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Dalhousie University, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, a Ph.D. in International Affairs from Carleton University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Military and Strategic Studies from Royal Roads Military College.
