Will Stancer

Will Stancer is a dedicated Embedded Software Development Manager with over 20 years of commercialization experience in mobile handsets and phased array antenna systems. Currently serving as Software Group Lead at MDA Space, Will has previously held key roles at Qualcomm, Kenwood Electronics, and SatixFy, where they managed large teams and multiple time-critical projects. With a strong background in project management, recruitment, and software development, Will has also significantly contributed to the industry with numerous patents in mobile telecommunications. Will holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey.
