Frank Lanuto

Frank Lanuto is currently the CFO at MDC Partners. Prior to this, they were the VP of Corporate Controller at Movado Group, Inc from August 2015 to March 2019. Frank was in charge of Global Financial Reporting. From April 2014 to March 2015, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Randstad Professionals Group and was in charge of finance, accounting, business services and operations for the $2 billion professional staffing and talent management company. Frank successfully managed the post-acquisition integration of two large professional staffing organizations as well as designed a consolidated shared service organization that generated more than $2 million in annual cost savings. Frank also successfully deployed ERP applications for 3 large operating entities. Prior to that, from September 2005 to March 2008, they were the CFO at Initiative Media Worldwide, a $400 million media division of Interpublic Group. Frank led the global financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities for this company. Frank has also served as the CFO for Publicis Healthcare Group from April 2003 to August 2005 and Rapp Collins Worldwide from May 1993 to April 2000.

Frank Lanuto's educational career includes obtaining an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Baruch College. Frank is also certified by the AICPA as a CPA.
