Dror Kroparo is an experienced professional in customer engagement and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Customer Engagement at MDClone since March 2022, where an online Academy for customers was established. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Training Specialist at Netafim, developing global learning programs, and Learning and Development Specialist at Shaked Training, focused on tailored learning solutions for Sodastream LTD. Earlier in the career, Dror contributed to educational initiatives through positions at Ofanim NGO, Hai Bar-El, and The Rashi Foundation, while also gaining foundational legal experience as a paralegal. Dror holds an M.A. in Educational/Instructional Technology from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Laws from Sapir College, alongside training in copywriting.
