Emelly Rusli

Emelly Rusli is an accomplished professional in clinical data and analytics, currently serving as Senior Director at MDClone since October 2025. Previously, as Director of Real World Data and Analytics at Carevive by Health Catalyst™ from September 2022 to August 2025, Emelly led the strategic development of a real-world oncology patient-reported outcomes database across over 15 US oncology centers and engaged life science and provider partners with impactful PRO use cases. Emelly’s earlier experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Real-World Evidence at Scipher Medicine and various positions at Medidata Solutions, including Analytics & Data Science Manager and Senior Biostatistician. Emelly holds a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from Boston University School of Public Health and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and Chemistry from Indiana University.
