Shiran Michaeli

Shiran Michaeli is a Training Specialist at MDClone since November 2022, with prior experience as a Learning Specialist & Designer at Tel Aviv University from 2020 to November 2022, where Shiran designed innovative learning materials and initiated gamification efforts using H5P. As a Customer Education Specialist at Data+ from 2017 to 2019, Shiran created e-learning resources that significantly reduced support tickets by 70% and enhanced the training experience. Previously, Shiran served as a Science Teacher at the Ministry of Education in Israel from 2013 to January 2017, developing personalized educational programs and engaging learning activities. Shiran holds an M.A. in Educational/Instructional Technology from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Education from Seminar Hakibutzim.
