The Family Medicine Group (GMF) MDCM brings together two medical clinics located in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Westmount. We are proud to serve our community by providing quality care to nearly 70,000 patients.
Our team includes 54 family physicians and 22 medical specialists, supported by the outstanding work of a broad network of healthcare professionals: specialized nurse practitioners (NPs), nurses, social workers, nutritionists, pharmacists, and medical receptionists. Together, we are committed to delivering care that is human, attentive, and tailored to the needs of every patient.
