Dr Kate Arrow

Dr. Kate Arrow is a medicolegal adviser currently working with MDDUS and has extensive experience as a former consultant anaesthetist and clinical lead for realistic medicine at NHS Highland. After completing anaesthetic specialty training in July 2020, Dr. Arrow became a member of the General Medical Council Specialist Register in the UK. They have a background in leadership, having completed the Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellowship and worked as an Educational Lead for the Scottish Quality and Safety Fellowship, shaping curricula in service design and quality improvement. Dr. Arrow holds a medical degree from the University of Aberdeen and a professional development accreditation in service design from Dundee and Angus College.
