James Parker has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. James is currently serving as the Finance Director at MDDUS since November 2019. Previously, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer at CS Healthcare from January 2016 to October 2019. Prior to that, James served as the Managing Director Corporate Solutions Europe at Cigna from July 2013 to May 2015. James also held multiple positions at Cigna UK HealthCare Benefits, including UK Managing Director from April 2006 to June 2013, Head of European Shared Services from January 2010 to December 2012, and UK Finance Director from March 2002 to March 2006. James began their career at Prudential UK - Scottish Amicable as the Head of MI/Financial Reporting Manager from September 1999 to January 2002. James also worked as a Regional Finance Manager at Prudential Corporation Asia from 1996 to 1998.
James Parker attended Cockermouth Grammar School from 1980 to 1985, where they completed their A & O Levels in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and French. Following this, they attended the University of Birmingham from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained their BSc degree in Physics.
