Jocelyn Chan is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and market access. Currently serving as the Market Access Lead and Program Manager at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) since May 2015, Jocelyn has developed expertise in strategic program management. Prior to MDEC, Jocelyn held positions as a Telecommunications Engineer at Huawei from December 2011 to May 2015 and as a Market Research Analyst at TAYLOR NELSON SOFRES from January 2010 to December 2011. Early in the career, Jocelyn worked as a Clinical Technologist at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from January 2009 to January 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leeds (2007-2009) and a Diploma of Engineering in the same field from INTI International College Penang (2005-2007).
