Radosław Staroszyński

Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, previously serving as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024. Tomasz has a comprehensive background in European institutions, including roles in the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, where responsibilities included coordination in crisis management and planning. In addition to previous experiences in the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour, Tomasz has volunteered as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, earned between 1998 and 2003.
