Sunnie Baker started their career as a Program Manager at Sylvan Learning, where they supervised instructors and managed educational contracts. Later, they transitioned into freelancing, working as an Editor and Music Composer for various clients. Currently, at mdf commerce, as an Instructional Designer and Team Lead, they work with SMEs to develop training materials using adult learning theory. Their expertise includes designing interactive curriculum and producing videos for web and LMS to educate clients on SaaS products.
