Jeffrey Small is the Co-founder and CEO of MDH Partners, LLC, a real estate development company that has been involved in over $6 billion of acquisitions, developments, and asset management. Jeffrey is also the Director on the Board of Directors at SolAmerica Energy, a leading provider of solar PV projects. Additionally, Jeffrey served as a Board Member at IndCor, a Blackstone Company, and was previously the President and CEO of MD Hodges Enterprises, Inc. Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Yale University, a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School, and a Master's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Oxford.

MDH Partners (“MDH”) is an entrepreneurial firm started in 2005 by former executives of M.D. Hodges, one of the leading developers of industrial properties in metro Atlanta from the 1960’s through the early 2000’s. In 2014, MDH invested $200+ million of equity with a major institutional partner by acquiring and developing industrial buildings throughout the Southeastern U.S. The JV successfully acquired more than 100 buildings totaling 14 million square feet of space, spread across 8 states and sold the entire portfolio to an affiliate of The Blackstone Group. In March 2019, MDH launched a new investment vehicle, a $350 million closed-end real estate fund focused on value-add industrial throughout the Sunbelt and in 2021, MDH Partners will raise $575 million for their second value-add fund.
