Ryan Anderson

Ryan Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and education. Currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Minnesota Diversified Industries since January 2022, Ryan leads the Unified Work program, focusing on teaching career skills to individuals with disabilities through both virtual and in-person classes. Previously, Ryan worked as the BUILD Program Internship Supervisor at Bethel University, where responsibilities included supporting students with intellectual disabilities in their internship placements and developing community partnerships. Ryan's early career features roles in account services and residence life management, including positions at Circle Health Partners, Northwestern College, and Malone University. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Taylor University.
