We connect robotics, 5D-BIM automation, and proven building systems into a single platform — MDOS — deployed on every project from land acquisition to final delivery.
Most construction technology gets built in a lab and pitched to an industry that never asked for it. We do the opposite. MDI's development arm runs real projects — active pilots across the U.S. and UK — and every workflow gets proven in the field before it ships as software.
What MDOS does:
→ AI land & feasibility screening — zoning, viability, and cost before a dollar moves
→ Automated 5D-BIM — cost estimates and engineering specs generated, not drafted
→ Robotic code generation — BIM translated directly into 3D-printing and modular build sequences
→ Design once, deploy many — validated builds redeployed across markets without rebuilding the process

MDI works with real estate developers, contractors and builders, and institutional partners who need residential and commercial delivery at volume.
