MDI Consulting – Boutique Recruiter in Finance & Data

MDI Consulting is a niche headhunting firm focused on placing high‑calibre talent in the Finance and Data (IT) sectors. We support medium‑sized businesses that need targeted, discreet, and high‑quality hiring solutions for specialist and leadership roles.

With deep insight into both Finance and Data functions, we understand the technical demands, cultural fit, and strategic pressures behind every key hire. Our high‑touch approach ensures every search is built on accuracy, market intelligence, and real connection — not volume.

Our Boutique Headhunting Approach
• In‑depth discovery
We take the time to understand your business, team dynamics, and what success truly looks like in the role.

• Hand‑selected candidates
Every candidate is proactively identified and approached — no reliance on job boards or recycled databases.

• Curated shortlists
You receive a small, high‑quality selection of candidates personally vetted for technical capability and cultural alignment.

• Discreet, controlled searches
Ideal for confidential or sensitive hiring where privacy matters.

• Strong niche networks
Years of focus in Finance and Data give us direct access to top talent in accounting, finance leadership, analytics, engineering, BI, and data governance.

• Clear and honest communication
Updates are consistent, transparent, and collaborative — we operate as an extension of your team.

• Long‑term fit above all
Our goal is to secure talent that contributes, integrates, and stays.
