Devon Taylor is the Chief of Staff at the National Evaluation System for health Technology (NEST), a Medical Device Innovation Consortium initiative, where they support the leadership team in executing day-to-day activities and strategic planning. Previously, Devon served as Carelon Research Chief of Staff and held various research-focused roles at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. They possess a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Lehigh University, along with extensive experience in research, including over 20 peer-reviewed publications.
