We are a retail, trade and hospitality consultancy supporting leaders, who are passionate about their business, customers and colleagues, to solve their biggest challenges.

WHO WE ARE:
Your success is personal to us. We’ve been helping our clients make big breakthroughs since 2005. Every member of our team has held senior roles at leading retailers, so we know first-hand what it takes to succeed in the real world.
We have been clients of the big consulting firms and seen what works best. So, our aim is to bring the best of consulting to every project.

WHAT WE DO:
We deliver real and measurable outcomes across a wide variety of projects:
GROWTH – we help optimise or extend your offer through development of products and services. And we help you explore and enter new geographies and markets.
EFFICIENCY – we help you reduce costs, improve productivity, optimise supply chains, transform structures and establish new ways of working.
CHANGE – we help develop and execute new strategies, manage transformational programmes and coach and train employees on change.

WHO WE WORK WITH:
We work with leaders in the retail and consumer sectors in the UK and Europe. 90% of our projects are either repeat business or personal recommendation from satisfied clients.

Give us a call on +44 (0)7788 748497 or email us at info@mdj2.co.uk to find out how we can help solve your biggest challenges.

We are always looking to expand our Associate network and welcome contact from experts who are either independent consultants or in transition between roles.
