Gianna Thacker

Gianna Thacker, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and social work. Gianna began the career at Goodwill Industries of Atlanta as a Vocational and Work Evaluator before moving on to Jewish Family and Career Services as a part-time Counselor. Gianna further developed expertise at A ADOPTION ADVOCATES OF GEORGIA INC as an LCSW and served as a Social Worker II at both Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Gianna has also worked as a Clinical Therapist at CHRISkids and a Therapist at AbleTo Inc. and Atlanta Psychotherapy, focusing on vulnerable populations, including children and those impacted by commercial sexual exploitation. Currently, Gianna works as a Psychotherapist at MDLIVE, by Evernorth, helping patients navigate mental and physical health challenges while promoting positive thinking and decision-making. Gianna holds a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Georgia.
