John Hoopingarner

John Hoopingarner serves as Of Counsel at McMahon DeGulis LLP since August 2020. With a long-standing career at the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, John has held the position of Executive Director since its formation and remains associated with the organization as retired. Additionally, John has been a Director at United Bancorp, Inc. and Unified Bank since the mid-1990s and 1989, respectively. Prior legal experience includes an attorney role at Miller & Kyler from 1979 to 1989. John Hoopingarner earned a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Muskingum University, following education at New Philadelphia High School.
