Emily Cathcart

Emily Cathcart is an experienced attorney currently employed at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP since September 2015. Previous roles include serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Marie E. Lihotz at the Superior Court of New Jersey from August 2014 to August 2015, and editor-in-chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal from May 2013 to May 2014. Emily has also held various legal positions including summer associate and legal extern roles, legal intern at the United States Attorney's Office, and legal assistant/paralegal at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. Emily holds a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, along with a B.A. in Political Science, Economics, and Law and the Liberal Arts from the University of Richmond.
