Fruqan Mouzon

Fruqan Mouzon is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, government affairs, and cannabis law. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP and a Litigation & Government Affairs Attorney at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, Fruqan leads the Cannabis Law Practice Group and specializes in business commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Previous roles include General Counsel for the New Jersey State Senate Majority Office, where strategic legislative plans were developed, and various positions at Gibbons PC and Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione, focusing on commercial litigation. Fruqan has also contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law and held clerkship positions for federal judges.
