Kevin Eppinger

Kevin Eppinger is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in business and franchise litigation. Currently serving as Of Counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP since March 2024, Kevin previously held the position of Associate Attorney at Gold, Albanese & Barletti from January 2013 to March 2024 and at Marks & Klein, LLP from September 2009 to January 2013. Kevin began the legal career as a Law Clerk at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County from September 2008 to August 2009. Kevin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law (2005-2008), a Master's degree in Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education (2003-2004), and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers College (1999-2003).
