Transformed founders transform the future. At MDMD, transformation means founders and ideas that deliver vertical progress.

MDMD defines entrepreneurship as travelling to the future on your own terms. MDMD exists to serve founders and owners who take on this challenge.

We imagine a world in which humans thrive as a byproduct of design. This means technology and culture that aligns more capital with human values. It demands a shift in the way we do business and mainstream a future that is more inclusive, resilient and sustainable.

MDMD is an independent venture practice with a shared risk orientation to rewards. Our approach respects the relationship between what founders and owners do and who they are. MDMD execution relies on hard-won wisdom, networks and validated methods.

MDMD applies deep domain expertise in health and human performance to commerce, culture and beyond. We provide holistic and committed counsel.
