MDN Employment Services, concentrates on supporting and molding adults with intellectual disabilities. We focus on a personal and individualized program which empowers each individual to be successful in their workplace community. Our philosophy is that everyone is capable of obtaining and maintaining the necessary employment skills to succeed in the workplace. 



Our program unlocks the individuals skills by having our professional career advisors teach the consumer vocational, socialization and self help skills which are optimal for the workplace. Our program is flexible and will be tailored to meet the particular needs of the individuals we support so we can improve their employability skills.
