Aimee Harvey is currently the Chief People Officer at MDpanel, having previously held the title of EVP People & Organizational Development at Zotec Partners. At Zotec, the largest privately held RCM company in the country, she led efforts to provide end-to-end RCM solutions for providers and revolutionize the patient experience. Prior to this, Aimee served as the Director of Human Resources at CBIZ, overseeing HR functions for the Medical Management Professionals division with a dispersed workforce of up to 2000 professionals. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Finance, Aimee also has experience as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Five Star Food Service, leading HR functions for a 1500-person workplace food services provider.
