Ege Sever

Ege Sever currently serves as a trainee solicitor at Mishcon de Reya LLP since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a corporate paralegal at Cooley LLP from January 2020 to August 2023, focusing on equity and debt financing transactions for start-ups and venture capital funds. Ege also worked as a corporate paralegal at Addleshaw Goddard, contributing to M&A, joint ventures, and group reorganisations for FTSE 100 companies from November 2018 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes paralegal positions at Colman Coyle, where involvement in a £12 million restructuring deal occurred, and at Europharm Consulting Limited, where Ege developed a client filtering tool and worked on various legal agreements. Ege's career began as a contracts associate at PRA Health Sciences, where skills in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts were honed.
