Gareth Minty

Gareth Minty is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in criminal law and fraud management. Currently a Partner and Barrister at Mishcon de Reya LLP since September 2014, Gareth works within the Business Crime Group, specializing in fraud, bribery, and corruption allegations. Previously, Gareth served as Unit Head at the Crown Prosecution Service, leading a team in the re-investigation of phone hacking allegations from October 2011 to September 2014. Prior to that role, Gareth was a Senior Prosecutor at HM Revenue & Customs, handling complex tax, excise, and drug trafficking cases from December 2006 to October 2011. Gareth completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Brunel University.
