Jonathan Mok

Jonathan Mok is a solicitor advocate specializing in family dispute resolution, with over three decades of experience in both contentious and non-contentious matrimonial and private client matters. They founded Jonathan Mok Legal and previously served as principal in an association with Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. With a notable tenure of 22 years at Johnson Stokes & Master, where they were a partner for 16 years, Jonathan is recognized as one of the few civil solicitors in Hong Kong granted Higher Rights of Audience. Currently, they are a partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP and actively involved as Chair of the Family Law Committee and a co-option member of the Practitioners Affairs Committee of the Hong Kong Law Society. Jonathan is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
