Mark Reading

Mark Reading is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in property litigation, currently serving as the Immediate Past Chair of the Property Litigation Association since November 2023 and previously as Chair. Mark is a Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP, active since July 2012, where practice areas include commercial and residential property law. Notable case involvements include successful trials in Hush Brasseries Limited v RLUKREF and Davies-Gilbert v Goacher, as well as pro bono work in Kowalek v Hassanein Ltd. Mark has held various roles within the Property Litigation Association, including Sub-Committee Member for Website and Marketing and Executive Committee Member, and has a background in commercial real estate from prior positions at Nabarro LLP and Harbottle & Lewis. Mark's education includes an LLB from the University of Essex.
