Phil Robinson

Phil Robinson is an experienced corporate lawyer who has been advising founders, high-growth businesses, and investors on M&A and capital raises. They began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Linklaters from 2012 to 2014, evolving to the role of Managing Associate, where they provided guidance on various corporate transactions. Prior to their legal career, Phil served in the Royal Marines from 1999 to 2010, completing various operational roles. Currently, Phil holds the position of Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP and has previously worked as a Partner at Ignition Law and Withers Tech, specializing in advising startup and scale-up businesses. They earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Law and a B.Sc in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
