Austin Slaughter

Austin Slaughter is a professional with extensive experience in research and analysis, currently serving as a Technical Research Associate III at MDRC since June 2018, where previously held the position of Technical Research Analyst II. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Analyst at Research for Action from June 2016 to June 2018, and research positions at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, including Research Assistant and Graduate Student Instructor in Microeconomics. Additionally, Austin worked as an Education Data Fellow at the Michigan Department of Education and as a TEFL Instructor at Ineui Elementary School. Austin began a career with the Peace Corps as a Rural Community Development Volunteer. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
