Caroline Roben

Policy Area Director, Family Well-Being and Children’s Development

Caroline Roben holds a PhD in Child Clinical Psychology with a focus on early childhood, parenting, and emotional development in under-resourced populations. For nearly a decade, they served as the Director of the Dissemination and Implementation of an evidence-based home visiting program for children in the child welfare system, ABC, where they facilitated substantial organizational growth and community partnership. Currently, Caroline is the Policy Area Director for Family Well-Being and Children’s Development at MDRC, and has previously held positions as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delaware and Program and Evaluation Officer for the Strong Start for Kids Program at Vanguard.
