Matthew MacFarlane, MPH, is an international monitoring, evaluation, and research professional who currently serves as the Digital Data Collection Lead at MDRC. From 2015 to 2017, MacFarlane worked as a Senior Research Associate at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, focusing on emergency responses for separated children. Previously, MacFarlane held multiple roles within MDRC, including Technical Analyst, where they expanded web- and SMS-based data collection efforts and managed large-scale surveys.
