Melissa Boynton

Operating Director at MDRC

Boynton currently serves as a site development lead and project manager for the Gateway to College Evaluation and as an operations site lead for the Performance-Based Scholarship Demonstration. Boynton also serves as a resource manager for several of MDRC’s postsecondary education projects — providing project management support, which includes developing and monitoring project budgets and work plans. Prior to joining MDRC, Boynton was a Research Analyst at The Grow Network/ McGraw-Hill, a leading provider of assessment reporting and customized content for states and large school districts across the country. Boynton earned a master’s degree in public administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and received a B.A. in economics and public policy from Brown University.
