Tisha Smith

Tisha Smith, MBA, currently serves as Project Financial Services Associate at MDRC since October 2023. Tisha has extensive experience in finance and project management, having held roles such as Administration and Production Assistant at ThinkTV Greater Dayton Public Television from September 2006 to July 2016, Project Coordinator at Central State University from July 2016 to October 2018, and various positions including Grants & Finance Analyst, Manager of Finance & Grants, and Grants Specialist at Columbia University in the City of New York from November 2019 to June 2021. Tisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, obtained between 2014 and 2015, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2011, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Sinclair Community College from 2006 to 2008.
