Will H.

Will H. is an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who serves as the Global Head of Commercial Excellence. They have a strong background in strategy development, marketing, and sales, particularly within the agriculture sector. Will's experience includes roles at British Sugar and Syngenta, where they held various leadership positions, including Area Manager, Head of Customer Marketing for the UK & Ireland, and Head of Sales and Marketing for the UK, Ireland & Nordics. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Newcastle University and completed a MaSE at INSEAD. Currently, Will is also a Director at Management Development Services (MDS) Ltd, which they have been since 2017.
