MDS Ltd is an independent non-profit making organisation whose aim is to recruit and train the very best people for the fresh produce, food, horticulture and the arable industry. To do so we provide a range of career development programmes, seconding our Trainees to Member companies on 3-4 placements over 2 years. This is supplemented by amanagement training programme developed and delivered in conjunction with Quantet Group.

MDS Ltd represents a consortium of over 60 Member companies comprising growers, suppliers and supermarkets encompassing the whole supply chain not only based in the UK but also for operations in many countries around the world.

MDS alumni can be found all over the industry and the roles they do are as varied as the industry itself. Many are within senior management and some have even set up their own businesses.
