Sam Seever is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal at MDS Pharma Services since 1996, Sam oversees legal services for the global Clinical Research and drug development division of MDS Inc. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Vice President of Legal Services at Harris Laboratories, Inc. from 1981 to 1996, leading legal services for the multinational Contract Research Organization until its acquisition by MDS Inc. Sam holds a JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law (1970) and a BA in Political Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University (1967).
