Bev Edwards

Bev Edwards is the Director of Incident and Critical Response at Calero, where they manage situational response during IT and software incidents while proactively reviewing support and engineering systems. Previously, Bev held several leadership roles at Calero and other organizations, including Global Transition Manager at Eastman Kodak and Customer Service Supervisor at Bosch Security Systems. Bev holds a BS in Management from Saint John Fisher College and an AAS in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Alfred State College. With extensive experience in customer relations and technical support, Bev is recognized for their ability to drive efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
