Kelsey Needel

Kelsey Needel is an experienced marketing executive currently serving as Vice President of Physician Marketing at MDVIP since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kelsey was the Head of Global Growth Marketing at ZOE and held multiple positions at Wayfair, including CMO of Wayfair Canada, Associate Director of Marketing, and Senior Marketing Manager. Kelsey's earlier career includes significant roles at Nordstrom as Chief of Staff to the CMO and Senior Program Manager, as well as experience at Rapid7, McKinsey & Company, The Earth Institute at Columbia University, The Aspen Institute, and EnerNOC. Kelsey holds an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MA from Columbia University, and a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College, complemented by an abroad program in Environmental Economics at The London School of Economics.
