Rachel Joint

Rachel Joint has an extensive work history spanning over three decades. Rachel started their career as an Information Officer at the UK Ministry of Defence in 1991. Rachel later worked as an Information Officer at The Home Office from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, Rachel joined New Forest District Council as the Head of Communications, a position they held until 2000.

In 1999, Rachel established their own company, Rachel Joint & Associates Ltd, where they served as the Owner until 2011. Following this, they joined the Centre for Workforce Intelligence as the Head of Communications from 2010 to 2016.

Rachel then joined Kier Group, where they held the role of Head of Marketing and Communications from 2015 to 2016, and again from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Rachel became a Business Owner at Dandelion Clock Solution.

Most recently, Rachel has been working as a Marketing Consultant at Me Learning Ltd since 2019.

Rachel Joint attended the University of the Arts London, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies and Journalism. Rachel earned an HND in this field of study. Prior to their university studies, Rachel was a student at Thornden School. After completing their education at the University of the Arts London, they also attended Westminster Press Training to obtain an NCTJ degree.
