Previously, Leslie held various roles, including Senior Associate at Perkins+Will and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Duke University Health System. With extensive experience spanning from conceptual design to construction, Leslie has consistently ensured the alignment of client goals with project execution. They have also worked as a Project Manager and Director of Planning & Strategy at Development & Construction Insight (DCI) and served as an Architect at HKS and Perkins+Will.
