At Meadowspring Counseling, Ltd., we offer counseling and therapy to adults, young adults, and teens at our Barrington, IL office as well as online. Counseling services we provide include individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, and Christian counseling. Areas we specialize in include trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, teen counseling, and parenting.

We also aim to be a regional resource offering Christian counseling, mentoring, and support groups for both current and aspiring Christian counselors in the west and northwest suburbs. Mental health counselors carry a heavy load. Supporting people through their difficulties can be rewarding, but compassion fatigue and burnout are common. You do not have to travel this road alone.
