Michael Zech

Michael Zech currently serves as the Head of Accounting Alternative Investments at MEAG since December 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held several leadership positions at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland from July 2002 to September 2023, including Head of Accounting Financial Instruments and Head of Accounting Foreign Branches, both at the vice president level. Responsibilities included oversight of external financial reporting in accordance with HGB and IFRS, management of accounting for foreign branches, and participation in key CFO projects such as the implementation of IFRS standards.
