MealMate Inc. is a startup that uses MIT-patented artificial intelligence technology to improve health outcomes by optimizing nutrition.

MealMate's novel machine learning algorithm allows users to log what they eat with natural human language (like they're speaking to a nutritionist) and/or photo recognition. MealMate offers the only diet tracking service with patented technology for mapping from a user's meal description to USDA food databases matches using deep learning.

MealMate is excited to announce being awarded an NSF SBIR Phase I grant to accelerate the development of our technology and improve health outcomes at scale.
